We've the proud new owners of Liberty Bay Bakery and Café, just purchased from Hans and Pat Ebke, the original owners who built it to the success it is today. LBB&C remains a family-owned business: we're the Stocker - Weightman family, happily returned to Poulsbo and the Pacific Northwest after some time away. There's nowhere prettier on earth.
Jim Weightman is our pastry chef. He's a 1999 NKHS grad, a Marine Corps vet (ooh-rah!), and was professionally trained at L'Academie de Cuisine in Maryland.
Matt Weightman is our manager. Matt's a 1997 NKHS grad and has many years' experience in management at a Minnesota casino.
Kathy Stocker and Bob Weightman, mom and dad, are off-site supervisors but hope to join Matt and Jim sooner rather than later. We're mightily jealous of the boys being back in Poulsbo ahead of us.
